Shipping

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. Our shipping cost does not include custom or excise duties or taxes arising in the buyer’s country.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Ship the package at our return address.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund as a credit voucher for your next purchase if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Policy

1. In case of returns, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
2. The Product must be returned within 2 days for local sales and 14 days for overseas sales after receipt & it should not be altered or tampered.
3. After this period, we will not be held responsible for the replacement of damaged or missing items.
4. All return items must be in “as sold” condition, and it’s original, unused, undamaged packaging with appropriate packing materials. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. The buyer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs both ways.
6. Return postage will be borne by the buyer on all returns.
7. Products without any quality problems cannot be refunded.
8. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, DIY supplies, free gifts, beauty and accessories.
9. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products not from our store.
10. The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Customer satisfaction is the only policy on which we work. All products are quality checked. They are new and in good condition when shipped to our customers. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, or wrong product shipped, please contact us immediately.

* Sales are final and non-refundable.

* We are not liable for charges like custom duty, taxes, charges, quarantine, etc arising in the buyer’s country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

*Most orders will arrive on time, but please understand in rare cases, they might be delayed due to the weather, customs clearance when shipped internationally, or other irresistible occasions.

*We guarantee the style is the same as shown in the pictures, but not the same performance on different physiognomy.

Coupons

You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply coupon” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”apply” before continue checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon discount.

NOTES:

• Please make sure that you enter the coupon code with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code.
• Some coupons cannot be combined. Please check the terms and conditions of the coupon.
• Coupons are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for coupon discounts.

Apply Coupons using the coupon codes where eligible

Choose your shipping options; for international shipping, please contact us for freight calculation.

Fill in the shipping address and update totals

Step 3

Complete shipping and billing information

Click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” if you are ready to place the order.

Fill in the billing details. You may also choose a different shipping address.

Choose one shipping option:

• Normal Registered Shipping: Fees ₨55.00 – Inland Delivery 3-6 days
• Express Shipping: Fees ₨100.00 – Inland Delivery 1-3 days
• Delivery to Rodrigues: Fees ₨100.00

Note: For shipping to Rodrigues, the delivery lead time will vary between 6-10 days depending on the availability of airfreight and sea freight.

Step 5

Fill in payment information and then click the PLACE ORDER button to complete the purchase
